Cancellation Procedure

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to “My Account” > “Subscription Settings”.
3. Click “Cancel Subscription” and follow the confirmation prompt.

Alternatively, you can request cancellation by emailing us at [email protected] with your registered email address and account ID.

Note: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Your subscription benefits will remain active until then.
